Since our founding in 2016 in Varna, we’ve been opening new opportunities for you to access funding, connect with potential partners and clients, and develop new skills. Our services are aimed not only at entrepreneurs, startups, and innovators, but also at public institutions, associations, and cultural organisations.

- Gathering existing knowledge and creating a group of experts – business mentors.
- Creating a knowledge base and training materials as a foundation for future training and an opportunity to share experience with other interested parties.
- Verify the materials created and develop a method for their application with 5 trainers.
- Testing the target group to improve the quality of the training materials – training 40 people.
- Disseminating knowledge about the project among organisations cooperating with the partners.

DINAMIC DANUBE is an interregional initiative that addresses socio-economic challenges in rural areas in the Danube region, with a focus on education, migration, minority employment, and sustainable agriculture.
The project supports 500 small family farms by offering lifelong learning, mentoring, and access to innovative technologies. Special attention is paid to strengthening the role of women in agriculture and promoting social inclusion.

WeCreate is a strategic business partner in the HEI2MARKET project, committed to supporting higher education institutions in their transformation into innovation and entrepreneurship hubs. We connect the academic sector with real-world business within the project framework by providing practical expertise, mentorship, and access to entrepreneurial and investment ecosystems. The HEI2MARKET project focuses on embedding innovation and successful entrepreneurial practices in institutional frameworks, promoting technology transfer, supporting start-ups, and developing new academic programs.
Key objectives and results (2025–2027):
The project emphasises sustainability by institutionalising entrepreneurship and extending support mechanisms beyond its duration.

By 2030, a consortium of 7 partners from 6 countries (including five higher education institutions (HEIs) and two business partners) aims to transform partner HEIs into key innovation hubs through a comprehensive innovation action plan (IVAP). The HEI2MARKET project focuses on embedding innovation and successful entrepreneurial practices in institutional frameworks, promoting technology transfer, supporting start-ups, and developing new academic programs.
Key objectives and results (2025–2027):
- Training of over 2,400 students, 245 academic staff, and 190 non-academic staff.
- Development of 7 innovative products/methods and 3 start-ups.
- Support for at least 16 start-ups with programs tailored to their needs.
- Raising €50,000 in investments or achieving €10,000 in sales for at least 2 start-ups.
- Establishing over 10 new partnerships and over 13 innovation structures within higher education institutions.
The project emphasises sustainability by institutionalising entrepreneurship and extending support mechanisms beyond its duration.
